Have you ever looked at your revenue and wondered exactly why you can’t seem to make more money, even though you have more clients? Maybe you’re feeling a bit like you’ve done an awful lot of work and spent countless hours with your clients and you’re still not breaking even.
Or maybe you’re finding that you’re even running into “special snowflake” clients and you’re not getting paid for the additional time and work these clients are requiring.
That stops now. In this workshop with Valerie Gernhauser from Sapphire Sessions and Sapphire Events, we’ll dig into exactly how we know your flat fee pricing structure isn’t working, and what you need to do to fix it.
You’ll learn how to:
- Structure your pricing to get paid for planning and upfront as soon as clients sign your contract.
- Get paid for the sliding scale of complexity that is inherent in the nature of the business.
- Employ contracts that protect your business structure and limits your exposure and liability with clients.
- Create a design and planning process that backs up your fee structure, and build know, like, and trust with your clients.
